These yummy quiche bites can be custom made. I mixed my eggs up, poured it into the cupcake pan and then filled them according to what the kids like. For example, Isaac wanted just green onions and Swiss cheese.... Erica and Chance wanted sausage, mushrooms, onion and cheese. Everyone was thrilled with the result!
5 eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup milk
Filling ideas:
cooked sausage (crumbled)
cheese
green onion
sauteed mushrooms
spinach
ham
Whisk together milk, eggs, and egg whites, pour into well greased cupcake pan.
Fill each cup with desired fillings.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
This is gorgeous! I cant wait to give it a try.
