Oven Baked Stew
I made a HUGE batch of this stew because a - its easy b - the kids love it c - I plan to freeze individual servings that can be reheated and served over smashed potatoes.
This is baked so I bought one of those silver disposable baking pans. Talk about easy right!
Stew is one of the easiest meals ever because you can put anything in it that your family likes and use whatever portions of ingredients you like
Here are our favorite ingredients....
beef stew meat cut into 1" pieces
chopped carrots
chopped onion
sliced mushrooms
sweet potatoes chopped into 1" pieces
golden mushroom soup
french onion soup
Place all ingredients into baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350 for 3 hours.
For freezing: let stew cool then place in freezer containers. I use a food saver and bags.
