Here are a whole bunch of yummy Mexican Slow Cooker Recipes (lets call them MSCR) from one of my favorite blogs 'How Does She'. Its no secret I LOVE slow cookers, throw everything in, turn it on, put on the lid and tada, come dinner time its ready to go. Oh ya, and lets not forget how the house smells heavenly all day long.
